HOW DO I APPLY FOR A CO-OP POSITION?
Most vacancies occur for positions in the Fall or Spring semesters. When vacancies are identified, Cooperative Education Offices of the academic institutions which MSFC has agreements are notified, usually in April for Fall term positions and September for Spring term positions. The MSFC program office publicizes Co-op vacancies in a variety of ways. Interested students must apply through and be recommended by their university's Co-op Office. The University Co-op Office has the necessary forms and information about MSFC's Co-op Education for you to complete and return. The academic institution's Co-op Office may then recommend your application to MSFC for consideration, providing you meet all eligibility requirements for participating in both MSFC's and your institution's Co-op Education.
Listed are some of the Colleges and Universities MSFC has co-op agreements with and typically consider for recruiting efforts:
What happens if I'm attending an academic institution that does not currently have an agreement with MSFC but I am interested in participating in MSFC's Co-op Education?
You may request your academic institution's Co-op Office refer your resume, a letter from you outlining your career interests, copy of your academic transcript and proposed work/study schedule to us for consideration. Send the information to:

Remember you must meet both the eligibility requirements of both MSFC and your university. If selected to participate, MSFC would then enter into an agreement with your university.
